Did you know Anti-Wrinkle Injections can be used to treat migraine headaches?

How anti-wrinkle injections helped with my migraines.

I have suffered severe headaches and migraines for as long as I can remember, after multiple blood tests, MRI’s and nasty medications that left me feeling nauseous and sleepy, I had simply given up and was beginning to come to terms with the fact that I’d most likely have to live with this for the rest of my life, and that’s when I talked to Rachel.

Being a needle phobic I was initially terrified at the idea of getting anti-wrinkle injections in my neck and shoulder muscles, but after Rachel carefully explained every aspect of my treatment and possible side effects and expected treatment outcomes, I felt a lot more at ease.

And now the scary part (which turned out not to be very scary at all!), Before Rachel went ahead with the treatment she made sure I was comfortable, she applied pressure to the muscles she would be injecting so I knew exactly what and where to expect her to inject.
Rachel had finished the treatment before I was aware she had even started, all my fears and reservations had been completely unwarranted! It was almost painless (the closest example I can think of to describe the ‘pain’ is when you brush your hair and accidentally pull a strand of hair out.)
I noticed an improvement within a few weeks and since having my anti-wrinkle injections 2 months ago I have not had a single migraine (YAY!)
